We also inform you of the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, as supervisory authority operating in Italy, and to lodge a judicial appeal, both against a decision of the Guarantor Authority and against the owner of the processing itself and/or a data controller.
